The following are Vendor fees for mobile Vendors during events at Grand Oaks Resort over a show/clinic weekend:
$50 Table - Any Organization that wants to promote a product or themselves (Could be in the arena if spectator table seating is used).
$100 Tent - Any size tent up to 10’x20’.
$150 Tack/Merchandise Trailer
$250 Trailer or Vehicle - for display (2 maximum) new or used
$100 Food Service Vendor - per day (must be approved by Grand Oaks ahead of time)
- Generators are permitted
- The Grand Oaks Resort reserves the right to deny any Vendor if products compete with products sold by Grand Oaks Resort
- Space will be allocated prior to the Show/Event/Clinic. Please park in your designated vendor spot. There will be a Grand Oaks Resort Representative on site during setup day (typically the day before) to assist
