- Horses always have the RIGHT OF WAY
- All drivers must have a valid Drivers License
- You must be 16 or older to drive this vehicle
- Speed limit is 15 miles per hour -- STRICTLY ENFORCED
- All motorized vehicles must use the paved roads ONLY
- No driving on the grass
- Do not tailgate or pass horses and/or carriages
- Leave enough room so that horses cannot hear or feel your vehicle
- Lights are required on vehicles at night
